The moment here marks the end of one torture and soon the start of the other.
Alright, its the end of my papers for Midyears, i have full four days to take a breather before the next journey starts for me to the reaching milestone.
Today, I shall blog about the controversy of childhood.
As parents, it is all their wish and dream for their child to grow up to become good and useful people in the society.
But are these happening at the expense of the childhood memories of the kid?
In order for a child to be able to do well in life, parents tend to send their child to many different crash courses to help nurture their talent from within. Where such courses will vary from, piano lessons, ballet lessons, language lessons etc. The list just continues. There are just so many things that a parent would want their child to excel in.
Parents would also love to send their child for endless tuitions so that they will be able to have good grades in school.
However, as a child. Young and innocent he is, how would he be able to apprehend and understand the fact that these are beneficial for him. We’ve got to look things at the child’s perspective. To him, these amount of work are just like barbed wires that strips and puts a boundary to his freedom.
As children, what they would perceive fun as, would be to play and not have any worries for studies and work. Hence, they would only understand the whole situation when they grow and mature. But the bad memories of childhood will be embedded in their minds forever.
On another stand, if the parent chose to give way and let their child play through his young days. The child will have a wonderful childhood, but might not be able to excel well in life.
Hence the controversy of should, or should not parents tax their child with heavy workload and stress in their childhood years. Think about it yourself.

Here i present you one of the fabulous works by Michael Jackson, Childhood. The lyrics are a meaningful bunch. Enjoy!
Have you seen my Childhood?
I’m searching for the world that I come from
‘Cause I’ve been looking around
In the lost and found of my heart…
No one understands me
They view it as such strange eccentricities…
‘Cause I keep kidding around
Like a child, but pardon me…
People say I’m not okay
‘Cause I love such elementary things…
It’s been my fate to compensate,
for the Childhood
I’ve never known…
Have you seen my Childhood?
I’m searching for that wonder in my youth
Like pirates in adventurous dreams,
Of conquest and kings on the throne…
Before you judge me, try hard to love me,
Look within your heart then ask,
Have you seen my Childhood?
People say I’m strange that way
‘Cause I love such elementary things,
It’s been my fate to compensate,
for the Childhood I’ve never known…
Have you seen my Childhood?
I’m searching for that wonder in my youth
Like fantastical stories to share
The dreams I would dare, watch me fly…
Before you judge me, try hard to love me.
The painful youth I’ve had
Have you seen my Childhood….
